Leggett & Platt

Leggett & Platt are a successful global automotive manufacturer producing lumbar supports for luxury cars including Ferrari, Lamborghini and Jaguar. The Ammanford plant (Pullmaflex UK) engaged Dave on a six-month programme to develop the Production Team Leaders. Through One to One Coaching and Training, Dave enabled them to grow into their roles, change behaviours and enhance individual, team and plant performance.

Princes Gate Water

Princes Gate Water are a well-known natural mineral water supplier based in the heart of Pembrokeshire who have experienced significant growth in recent years. UP were engaged by Coleg Sir Gâr, a fantastic forward-thinking training provide in Carmarthenshire, to work with Princes Gate to develop and deliver learning and development workshops to their Production Leaders following organisational reorganisation.

Following the workshops, the Production Leaders were equipped with a range of tools and skills to help them lead, motivate, manage conflict and manage performance, bringing significant improvement to Princes Gate.
